SunGguard

SunGguard is a courier and parcel platform built around two delivery flows, wrapped in a consignment-note visual language. For local city delivery, a customer sets pickup and drop points on the map, describes the package, gets a live fare, and a rider collects it door to door — verified against the recipient's name and number at handover. For outstation, a rider collects from the sender and hands the parcel to a chosen courier partner for the journey out of town, with recurring daily pickups available over a date range.

Address entry is deliberately forgiving — current location, place search, or dropping a pin on the map, with clean fallbacks for every way geolocation can fail: permission blocked, timeout, no GPS fix, or a browser that cannot share location at all.

Customers get parcel search and tracking, waybill history, a wallet with refunds and transaction history, saved addresses, support chat and parcel reviews. Separate approval-gated portals serve delivery partners, sellers and admins.

Payments run through Razorpay with cash-on-pickup as an alternative, maps and Places autocomplete through Google Maps, push notifications through Firebase, and analytics through charted dashboards.
