I'm Ujjawal — a full stack developer in Indore, India. I build the kind of web software people use to get something done: book a car wash at 6 in the morning, order medicine, track a parcel, list a plot of land.
I care most about the unglamorous parts — the checkout that never drops a payment, the error message that says what actually went wrong, the booking flow that still works when GPS doesn't. Design matters to me too, but only once the thing underneath is dependable.

What do you actually build?
Multi-role platforms, mostly. Not a landing page and a contact form — a customer app, an admin console, and usually a partner or agent portal, all wired to the same backend. A typical build has role-based access, payments, live updates, and a map in it somewhere. Seven of them are live and taking real orders right now.
Where I've shipped
Different industries, but the same underlying problem — several kinds of user, one system, and money moving through it.
Marketplaces
Two-sided platforms where supply and demand both need their own portal, and every listing has to be verified before it goes live.
Subscription services
Recurring plans with scheduling engines — daily job allocation, skip and pause handling, and crew dispatch that runs before sunrise.
Logistics & delivery
Map-pin pickup and drop, live fare calculation, rider tracking, wallets, and the fallbacks for every way GPS can fail you.
Healthcare commerce
Prescription-gated ordering with an upload-and-approval workflow, a dispensing pipeline, and a full admin back office.
Field service
Technician job flows, spare-part requests, revisit scheduling, warranty claims, and automated nearest-engineer allocation.
Agentic AI & retrieval
LangGraph agents that route and self-correct, RAG pipelines over a vector store, and async inference behind a job queue.
Custom e-commerce
Product configurators, image upload and preview, Stripe checkout, and an order dashboard behind it all.
