Find Your Trek connects hiking enthusiasts directly with local trekking agencies — eco-friendly expeditions, wilderness transit permits and direct organizer chats, with no middlemen fee in between. Travellers get guaranteed instant bookings, responsive safety guides, real-time weather logs and clear refund policies.

It runs as a dual-portal product with live role switching. On the traveller side, hikers build a profile with hiking experience, fitness level and emergency contacts, then get AI-recommended expeditions matched to that profile. The catalog filters across trekking, hiking, camping, adventure tours and nature walks, with every listing carrying difficulty, duration, group size cap, per-person price and reviews. Each trip page spells out exactly what is included — certified Sherpa guides, geodesic tents or homestays, veg meals, forest permits and base-city transport — and hikers can chat directly with their guide.

On the organizer side, agencies join a verified partner network by submitting government ID, agency credentials and safety certifications, with format validation for Aadhaar, PAN, GSTIN, passport and travel licence numbers. Once admin-approved they post trips, mark batch departure dates on a calendar, pin the trek start point on an interactive map, upload galleries, and track bookings and revenue.

Admins sit on top with hiker and organizer management, trek category requests, featured and popular trek curation, system broadcasts, revenue charts and CSV exports. Built with Redux Toolkit, Leaflet maps and a full dark mode.
