Basera Bazar

Build better. Live better. Basera Bazar was built to solve a real problem — buying property, hiring trusted service providers and sourcing building materials in Bihar was scattered, unorganized and full of friction. The platform pulls all of it into a single marketplace so builders, homeowners and local businesses can find each other in their own district.

The app opens on four pillars — Properties, Services, verified Suppliers, and Mandi Bazar, a direct-order store that brings aggregate, sand, bricks, cement, mitti and morang straight from the quarry mandi to the site, with seller inventory, cart, checkout and order tracking. A location gate resolves the user's city up front, so a buyer in Patna, Muzaffarpur or Gaya only ever sees listings actually available to them.

Behind it sits a full operations suite with separate portals for partners, suppliers, field executives, team leaders, office staff and admins — KYC verification queues, lead management and broadcast, subscription plans, attendance and leave approvals, salary and target management, staff leaderboards, banners and offers, and revenue dashboards.

Built as a Vite + React PWA with React Query for data, Razorpay checkout, push notifications and installable offline support.
